A Little Self-Love Snack! (Choc Bliss Balls)

I'm a big believer that food is fuel and what we put in our bodies can be a thoughtful act of love. One of my favourite healthy snacks to make are my choc bliss balls. After having a lot of requests to repeatedly share the recipe with my family and friends, I thought I'd do something a little different for this blog post and share it with you too!

Ingredients:
•1 cup rolled oats⁣
•1 cup almond flour⁣
•1/2 cup rice milk⁣
•6 pitted medjool dates⁣
•1 teaspoon chia seeds⁣
•1 tablespoon cacao⁣
•1 tablespoon desiccated coconut ⁣

Method:
I like to mix all the dry ingredients and then separately blend the dates and milk together before adding it to the mixture. Then roll one teaspoon at a time into a ball and coat with more desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
